Provide vision, strategy, tactics and problem solving ability to customers
Determine and recommend which products or services best fit customer needs
Design and develop key PLM business processes and architect solutions
Guide customers through 'big picture' and 'deep dive' when needed
Develop data architecture and manage data migration efforts
Build and demonstrate design prototypes in an AGILE execution method
Guide development team in the development of applications and business process solutions
Manage technical responsibilities for Teamcenter including, but not limited to TcUA, Multi-CAD Data Management, Integrations, Product Data/Change/Document Management, and Workflows
Ensure requirements are met and evaluate performance with customer
Continually create recommendations that improve customers status quo
Assist with technical pre-sales
Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter in the areas development, deployment, and support within a large enterprise incl. multisite
Experience includes working knowledge of Teamcenter 4-tier, 2-tier, or web architecture planning and design, and capacity planning
Strong understanding of the Software Development LifeCycle processes, including requirements analysis, specifications and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control and contemporary testing methodologies
Experience in Access Right, Workflow and Change Management
Knowledge of OOTB feature of various Modules, incl. Installation & Configuration
Teamcenter upgrade experience & Oracle / SAP Integration
Knowledge of Teamcenter BMIDE
Functional understanding of Item & BOM Management, Compliance Management, Change Management and Manufacturing Process
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build relationships
