We followed Xing's invitation to DMC19. A conference for all who challenge the status quo of digitalization. Digital Transformation, New Work and War of Talents - topics that of course also occupy us.
Curse showed us the importance of mindfulness and attention, Alastair Bruce inspired us with his lecture on New Work and Tobias Ködel made us reflect with the sentence "Today is the slowest pace of change for the rest of our life".
With many new ideas and approaches we are now starting the new working week and are already looking forward to next year!
